Atlantis ITS — Knowledge Base Changelog
Master running log of all additions, changes, and retirements in the atlantisits.info doc library. For session memory and AI context files, see ATLANTIS_AI_MEMORY-vX.md (separate system).
Release v3.0 — June 10, 2026
Third major release of the Atlantis ITS Knowledge Base. Major expansion across all document categories. HT series extended to HT-024. New categories established: Runbooks (RB), Council Briefs (CB). Status ledger schema (Mercy) formally integrated. LiteLLM Docker deployment, Tailscale + RustDesk remote access stack, Nginx consolidation, WSL Bridge v1.1, and Forgejo PAT management added.

Status Ledger Integration (Mercy)
Mercy's status-ledger.md formally adopted as the governance schema for all document statuses. Six official values: draft, needs-review, active, deprecated, archived, blocked. All pending values in registry replaced with blocked. CB-001 and CB-002 moved from implied-active to needs-review (conditions not yet closed). See status-ledger.md for full promotion rules.
